Loving pets did the same and put my cat in a ziplock bag and a cardboard box and the most hilarious part of it all is they work with emergency veterinary hospital in edmonton, while your at your most vulnerable they charged us 240 for the cremation, when I’ve seen cheaper and I didn’t know the hospital partnered up with this mermorial or I would of picked my own because the hospital said they had their own service. So many lies.

I would just like to say that Loving Pets have been amazing for us through this tough time. Trish and her Dad went over and above for us! I highly recommend Loving Pets!!!!

Very disappointed in the time it took to get our pet back. It took 18 days from the time he died before he was even cremated ... 19 days before we could pick up the remains. And then we got the remains in a ziplock freezer bag. I am sorry, but when Loving Pets attaches a card saying they understand the difficult time a client is going through and then they put the pet's remains in a ziplock freezer bag it doesn't seem to me like they understand at all. And while Loving Pets couldn't have known this - while I was waiting for the remains, my birthday passed and then we get the call that the remains are ready on the day (at the time) we are driving to our niece's wedding. In the end, while clearly not intentional, Loving Pets made a difficult time even worse.

Ernie and his family are such beautiful caring people, I truly thank God from the bottom of my heart that they came into my life and made the loss of my beloved dog "skittles" so much easier. The compassion and respect, and their sincere love for animals, is absolutely amazing. To know that there are people like Ernie and his family who care for the life that lived, and respect the wishes and remains of the life that has ended, gave me and my daughter a sense of peace, and trust beyond words, knowing our friend of 15 years was going to be taken good care of, as she goes to her final resting place. My sincere thanks to Julie who set up the final goodbye, and to Ernie and Julies daughter who set up our private viewing room, and to Ernie whose kind words, hugs and reassurance made this a memorable beautiful experience for our beloved “skittles” God Bless
