Club Mead has been amazing for our dog in multiple ways dozens upon dozens of times over the past two years. Firstly with daycare services a few times a week to help wear him out and combat the puppy crazies when we first got him. This helped immensely with his training, socialization and slowing him down from eating our house. As time went by we started using the overnight boarding and simply love how much he loves going there! He cries with excitement and can’t wait to jump out as soon as we turn into their driveway. Megan and her team have always been kind, helpful, knowledgeable and honest with us and most importantly with our dog. We will continue to use and recommend them proudly. Thank-you Club Mead!

Decided to try them as we were in a bind for doggy care. Our dog hasn’t been to a kennel in 5+ years. We couldn’t be happier with the service. The location is very easy to get to. They offer everything needed for our pup. It’s very nice not having to pack bowls and bedding. Our dog came back very calm and exhausted! The online booking is a breeze and very convenient. The price is extremely reasonable especially considering all the extras they provide and no charge for pickup before 8 is fantastic. We definitely will use club mead again and recommend them to anyone.

I recently had 2 of my dogs stay at Club Mead Pet Resort while my family and I went travelling. I always like to see where the dogs will be playing/eating/socializing and so forth. I was not able to make it to the visiting hours to see the outdoor runs as I work shift work and the location is quite far from me. So when I asked twice in person to see the area where the dogs play and to see the runs specifically (I asked when I dropped the dogs off and when I picked them up), I was told it was not a good time and was instead shown pictures in an album. I did not like this response and felt disappointed. This is always a red flag to me when I can't even be shown where the dogs play and do their socializing, and told to refer to pictures. That should be shown to whoever wants to see and Club Mead should have been transparent about that. Giving the customer a sense of trust and openness/ honestly should be their #1 priority. We leave our dogs in this boarding facility and I can't see where my dogs will be playing outside and how the setup is. Dogs are family and we have to put 100% of our trust into the employees and the location and I didn't feel that way unfortunately. I was shown where the dogs would sleep in the cages. It was very cold. The bucket of water which they provide for the dogs was vey high and quite large, like a large bucket you would bring to the beach for toys, and our dogs are small. When they arrived home from the facility, they were very thirsty and would not stop drinking water. We had to pull the bowl away so they would not be up peeing all night. I am not sure if they were able to reach the bucket of water that was provided there or not. You also cannot call to check in on your dog it has to be all done over email, a quick phone call would be nice. Overall, I am not pleased with the experience from this boarding facility and will not be returning. I did not get a good feeling from one of the employees, not very friendly and open about things. The dogs mean everything to us and we want them to be left in the hands of people who feel the same. We did not feel this way with Club Mead.

We love Club Mead!! We have been boarding our dogs Tyson and Sadie at Club Mead for about 4 years. Every time we are dropping them off and we get relatively close to the kennel they both go crazy! They love playing with all the other dogs there and always come home exhausted from playing so hard. Megan and her staff are amazing and take excellent care of our fur babies while they are there. I would totally recommend Club Mead to anyone looking for a great place to board their dog while they are away.

I love Club Mead! As do my pugs Pedro and Brownie. Its convenient as it's just around the corner from my work and the online system makes the whole booking process a breeze. My dogs seem to really enjoy their time there which is really important to me as Pedro has had severe separation anxiety in the past and Brownie, before we adopted her had never been to a kennel Also the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Cleanliness is 5*.
