Pet Planet has an awesome groomer. Her name is Sandi and she is really good with our handling our dog. Keyra loves going to see her and rates are competitive. She seems to get quite booked up with appointments but I can get in evenings and Saturday's which is great.

In the middle of last year, I was referred by the Windermere Pet Planet store to Sandy at the Heritage Square location for dog grooming. First of all, Sandy is super friendly...with pets and people 😄...and is extremely adept and efficient as a groomer. Our dog Kenny is a tad nervous by the time we arrive at the store, because he does not really like being in a vehicle. But Sandy always greets him with a snuggle to calm him down before she starts and he loves her!! All the staff are very personable and knowledgeable and helpful. Even the store cat Fitz in quite entertaining!! So big kudos to Sandy and the staff at the Heritage store. And if you're looking for a great groomer, I highly recommend Sandy. She is awesome!! And the staff provide excellent service and advice.

Always helpful staff, great kitten in residence, good selection of local feed. Unreliable with stock, but getting better. 1000x improved in the past year.

Sandy, the groomer, is wonderful. I was recommended to her after I had gone elsewhere with my puppy and was told he was too squirmy to groom completely and he needed practice (he was there over 2 hours and basically had nothing done). Sandy took him and had him completely groomed in an hour and a half! Happy to have found a groomer for our puppy! The other staff at the store were very friendly too!!
