Boarded my pups here for a few days, not only was it quite affordable but my guys were very happy and well looked after during their stay. This is in complete contrast to when I regretfully boarded a pup at Paws in Paradise two years ago and he came out starved, 10 pounds lighter and with the runs. The staff here are super friendly and very kind, and were great at ensuring my pups special diet was met. I will definitely be returning to Paws Pet Pad in the future for both their daycare and extended stay services!

My two dogs seemed to enjoy their day at daycare and were likely well taken care of. Seemed like a great place with great reviews. I was hopeful for a great experience, as it was the first time I’ve ever left them anywhere; however, both came home with more than one infection. Bacterial paw infections, both dogs, in all four paws. The skin around their paw pads got extremely red and swollen within 2 days of returning home, they could barely walk. I asked my vet how they could have contracted a 3+ rated infection out of a 0-3 rating scale and was told that it likely came from their paws being exposed to dirty surfaces. As well, within approximately a week after their kennel stay, both got diagnosed with Giardia; which my vet advised likely resulted from them drinking contaminated water or coming in contact with contaminated feces. Although most dogs don’t get symptoms, and this parasite, to some, might be considered an infection that occurs frequently and is an insignificant risk in kennels, my two were very unlucky and got extremely ill, vomiting constantly, one ending up with green bloody diarrhea and the other with diarrhea that got so bad it was basically coming out of him as straight blood, I had to rush him to emergency. If the facility is kept so clean and disinfected, I am baffled at how two completely healthy dogs the prior day, could get both bacterial and parasite infections. They are still recovering after each losing 8-12 pounds in a week and are currently on too many meds to mention. As well, I’m at almost $4500 in vet bills, so far, as my female goes through more tests for additional parasites that could be impacting her neurologically. I appreciated the pictures of them during their stay, but my two, the only two around in one picture, were left to stand in and drink water out of a pool that definitely didn’t contain fresh water. It looked disgusting and likely how they contracted their infections. It’s great to see pictures of other guests that are provided with pool water that seems to be changed more frequently now, since I’ve communicated the recent health issues with my two. My heart breaks seeing my dogs so ill. Almost 19 years owning my own dogs. First kennel stay, ever. For a short 12-hour day. It’s been 3 weeks since that day and they’re still not the same. Never again.

I think they have good intentions but are extremely disorganized. They accept your money but do not keep track of what it is for. Overbooked a class by nearly double then sent people away. Then you have to prove over and over again that you paid. Trainer was horrible doesn't know what she is talking about when it comes to the health of dogs. Heard she had been dismissed which is a good move on this business part. While we were there dogs in the houses and one was have a complete melt down the entire time. No one even came to check on him. Not very clean. Food spilling into the Isles and urine spots not being cleaned up. Very strong smelling like disinfection is not a priority for this facility. I spent 3 afternoons here. I was shocked to find open sewer holes that are not capped and very strong smelling. Not healthy environment for pets or people. Agin I think they have good intentions but if they are to continue need to address some issues.
