Very helpful staff. They were happy to price match in store to their own website when the other petland would not. Definitely worth the drive.

I love love this store. I have been bringing my little puppy here ever since he was born and he just lives everything about this store and their staff. With my first 4 minutes there someone always comes up to me to see of I need a hand. They have watched my dog for me, cleaned up after he pooped and less I side without even having a single frown on their faces. I thought they would've tied me up in the back but instead they gave my pup treats, cleaned up and even clipped his nails for me. They're just super kind and caring. The store has everything you should require for your pet. It's like a land for pets. Get it? Really great prices on their food and everything else as well. Thank you PetLand!

I bought a finch from here. Told me it was a society finch. It’s not a society finch. Called back, got told it was indeed a society finch, and that there’s different species of society finch. Go to an actual finch breeder. It’s not a society finch, nor are there different species of society finch. This petland spreads misinformation and then they told me I was wrong when i phoned to correct them. They get two stars because they offered a refund.

Excellent customer service! I had problems with some fish in the past and they resolved them no problem. I prefer to buy anything aquarium related from the experienced staff there! Thanks to the beautiful ladies for taking care of me!
