The staff are friendly and keep the place really clean. The animals seem happy and well cared for. I didn't realize you can buy a snack there and then go spend time in the cat rooms. My 5 year old nephew and I had a wonderful time!

I love taking a weekend trip to play with the cats here. The animals are treated with love and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Walked in to Red Deer Humane Society a few days ago looking for cats and the second. I opened the door that’s all you could smell was poop and pee. It was So unbelievably strong I couldn’t breath it in and I had to get out. Everyone there looked like they hated their job. I thought people like that actually cared for animals. I feel bad for the animals being looked after by the Red Deer Humane Society.
