This is my old 5 star review from several years ago: "We see Andrea for grooming and she is fantastic. Works well with our shy, nervous dog, and prioritizes his comfort and safety." My update review is that we no longer support this business as they released without cause the groomer we worked with after she experienced workplace bullying, and lied to us about the circumstances of her departure.

I have come into this location many times with all sorts of strange questions and problems and the girls are always willing to help me with a solution. I love going to this store because they genuinely care. They give you sound advice and they are very knowledgable.

My dog's first groom and for a large, furry and shedding dog, I thought the price was very reasonable. He came back silky smooth and clean and seemed comfortable. I think she may have forgotten to trim all his nails, though. No big deal. They offered a free nail trim to make it up!

We have frequented this pet store multiple times and have been happy with the staff and service. Unfortunately today my visit with my 7 month old puppy was actually horrendous. I walked in looking for a nail trim and left feeling harassed and interrogated by one of the front end staff who I believe may have been the manager. Our puppy has tear stains and has a small bald patch of alopecia on her back that is being treated by a veterinarian . This particular employee interrogated me with questions and gave unsolicited advice making me feel extremely uncomfortable. If I needed additional advice I would have gone back to my veterinarian again not the pet store. We will never be returning to this store again and I hope this never happens to any customers in the future.

Great little pet store with grooming and nail clipping services. Walk in cat nail trimming is very nice!
