really well laid out store, and the owner/manager was really great to speak with - she has a few parrots in the shop that were beautiful!

Me and my partner moved to the area in June and we initially started coming to TailBlazers because they were carrying a specific brand of cat food (Ziwipeak for anyone who cares) that I couldn't find anywhere else in the city. I'm giving them 5/5 stars for a variety of reasons: 1. Tailblazers has products I can't find anywhere else in the city 2. Marlene is super friendly and knowledgable about her products, she's even given me spot on advice about how I could convince my brat of a cat to stop wasting the good quality canned food we buy her! 3. Lastly, how this business is run cannot be beat. They have a 20% off promotion going on in store for November, I got cat food and left but within an hour I got a call from Marlene who left me a voicemail to let me know that she had charged me incorrectly for my cat food (instead of giving me the extra 20% the other girl working had given me 5% by mistake due to the fact their usual deal for buying 12 cans is 5%). This level of honesty, and the lengths Marlene went to over a couple bucks, that's what has urged me to write this rave review and what better than to support a local business? I highly recommend this location for the good quality product that is available as well as the fantastic customer service that seriously CANNOT be beat.
