I've been taking my dog here for a few years. They have always done an excellent job grooming him and making him look his finest. Even after moving to a different part of the city, we continue to come back to Clippers N' Suds because we trust the care and quality of their work.

Took our dog here three times. The first two times went really well and they seemed to do a nice job. The last time we picked her up, they told us she had a bad ear infection. When we got her home, she had cuts all over her stomach and a particularly bad one on her rear end that bothered her for a while. When we looked at her ear, it was bleeding from multiple cuts and our poor dog was miserable. We had her ear looked at and there was no infection. We were told that the cuts were likely the result of not allowing the clipper to cool down before using in a sensitive area. I understand cuts happen and that it’s not that easy to groom a fussing pet, but I really would’ve appreciated being told about the cuts when we picked her up and not being lied to about an ear infection.

Love this groomer. First groomer, in a long time, that cut my little dogs nails with no blood. Highly recommend.

Probably the worst grooming experience ever. Assured me that they would cater my tight schedule and give me leniency when picking up my dog, but ended up getting upset at me when they failed to follow-up on their assurance. Basically sabotaged my dog as a result. The dog was also noticeably different after being picked up. Will likely report to the BBB (better business buereau) and see that they are reprimanded.

Laural and her staff did an amazing job calming my dog while getting his nail trimmed. It's very difficult to trim my dog's nail alone, I have gone to other places but charges me way more than she did. My dog have trust issues towards other people, it is hard to find a place that will make my dog comfortable. I will keep going to this place no matter how far we are. Thank you Laural!
