They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their greetings are very warm, love all animal, and show it too. Always ready with a warm smile and appreciate you coming out too see them and hope you have your pets with you, too. Their prices are amicable and they are well stocked. I'll be returning with pleasure.

I think this place is a bit of a rip off. I go to PetSmart only because they close late and I go there if I am in desperate need of supplies for my pets. The last time I was there I purchased a cat toy for $8. Both my cats didn't even like it and preferred the $2 toy from Dollarama. 🤣 Cheap cats or maybe just not all that cost a lot is good. Also the mark ups are just higher at PetSmart compared to other places. For an organisation with great buying power, please have better promos for goodness sakes. At least that would give shoppers a reason to return to the store for in store promotions... I go to Co-Op for pet food sometimes because they have some pretty good deals happening now and then.

Had a fantastic experience with a brand new staff member. She was very friendly and very helpful. Didn't get flustered when things went wrong, and figured things out with no problem. I love PetSmart!

Heavily frustrated with the till staff and (maybe)some managers (read on). I will say the employees in the aisles and with the pets are very nice and helpful. This visit I was renting the carpet cleaner. The machine I rented was filthy. and by filthy I mean rank water in the pipes and gross hair. I already had it home at this point so I cleaned it and used it. Upon return. I had the misfortune of running into a cashier by the name of Ljubica. Tone and behavior was atrocious. Avoid at all costs. She inspects the machine, and deems it "dirty". I assure you, I cleaned it very well. What was "dirty" was some of the bristles on the rolling brush had a speck or two. Now, you can't remove this piece and you can't pressure wash or immerse the unit. The instructions say to simply wipe it down so its impossible to get as spotless as this woman says it must be. Amazing that the whole rest of the unit was good, including the other roller. I didn't want to argue, as it wasn't worth it. As a result of this, she deems that I do not get my deposit back (32$). I showed her the paper that states its a 15$ charge to clean the unit. She states that I forfeit all the deposit. Since I disagreed at this point, she "called a manager" on her headset. I can't hear the reply but its a fast convo and says the manager agrees with her. I then ask to speak to a manager, and she says she just did. I'm not leaving until I get the balance back at the very least Finally she does actually call a manager. Lo and behold the manager tells her its simple math and I get a part refund. (17$) Annoyed that the fee to clean a unit never actually gets used to clean it, that I was basically cheated out of money and that the till person was abrasively rude to me. I will advise anyone I know to avoid this store.

I was here today grabbing a bunch of stuff for our new puppy we get next week. Lucas was so helpful! He definitely made our shopping less overwhelming!! He helped us with all our questions and was happy to help out. He was able to recommend products and what to do when bringing the puppy home. Great customer service here and will definitely be taking our new pup here for puppy training/classes.
