First they lost my appointment so I had to come back for my dog’s grooming appointment another day. Then they quoted $65 on the phone and when I came in the agreement was $75-85. After already rebooking I figured I’d just get it done. They ended up charging me $100. When I came back my dog was bleeding and still wet. Would definitely not recommend for grooming.

Love this place. Kelly, the owner, had such a big heart and is super nice and great with the dogs she rescues and finds foster homes for or families where the dogs can call it their home. Love the be location as well. It's bigger and she had way more space here to keep the rescued dogs. Her products are great and the prices are good. I would highly recommend this pet store to anybody.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Just a shame that 17th is in the shape it is in.

It's always a pleasure going in the store always being greeted with a huge smile. We need to support our local businesses and I can get everything I need for my three dogs here so who needs a big retail store. Kelly has even gone above and beyond to special order the food my one dog eats. Best part is the dog rescue that Kelly and her sister have; I get to have puppy cuddles just when I need them the most!

Great service, always gives great advice for my furbabies. I love seeing the rescue pups when I go in there. It's great to see a store promoting rescuing!
