The staff was knowledgeable and helped me pick the right food for my dog's dietary restrictions. They recommended I sign up for the Acana frequent feeder program so I can get a free bag of food for every 12 that I purchase.

I have recently purchased a rabbit from this location and was quit happy at the time being the girl that was working that day was very kind and helpful with picking everything out and was pretty informative on everything that I would need with my purchase, but the rabbit has recently gotten very aggressive I do not reccomend purchasing one from any of these locations I can not even feed it with out it trying to bite me when I talked to management they were not helpful at all they gave a number to call for the warranty which they do not answer so after calling about three different numbers I got into contact with the distract manager who was not very helpful nor friendly as well. I was told that I can surrender the pet with no money back which is very disappointing because it was not a cheap purchase and that there nothing else they can do for me and that typically their pets are friendly and that this situation is uncommon. If this was true I do not understand why no sort of accomadating can be done. It would of been nice to know while making the purchase that these animals do get quit vicious and aggrassive.

I feel that Petland is inhumane as it has open cages. The rabbits and birds do not want to be touched yet people are constantly touching them like they are toys. These little animals are constantly living in fear in their homes. Very sad pet store.
