This is a great place to board your dogs. I have one dog that doesn’t get along with other dogs so they give her lots of private walks and people attention. My other dog gets on well with other dogs and he goes out to play with the daycare group. He gets a kong and they play with him also to make him feel at home. He is put in with my other dog when they are not out playing or walking in a good size space. They always send me updates and photos. They even ordered the food my dog needs without me having to ask as it was on file. The best way to tell that they treat my dogs well is the response my dogs give when we pull into the parking lot. They very excited and talkative and I can barley get out of the car without them trying to get past me. Their tails are walking the whole way in. They are very accommodating and helpful. Great for boarding and daycare. Highly recommend!!

I brought my parrot here for a stay. Staff were great. I loved I could see Instagram photos and videos of her while away. I would have liked a larger room for the birds. It is quite crowded if there are more than 3 parrots. There were no stands really for them to play on or area for them to adventure onto. I would have loved that as my parrot gets a lot of out of cage time at home. Otherwise it was clean and organized.

Great place for my pooch to stay overnight! I’ve been coming here for over 5+yrs and have no concerns or complains. The staff here are very professional, attentive & caring. The facilities are kept clean at the highest standard and have plenty of space. Also it is connected to the medical vet next door so I always have a peace of mind leaving my dog :)

This is the only place we will take our dog Walter. They are friendly, more then accommodating and clean. He has stayed here many times and the staff is always very helpful. We recently had an emergency vet visit and the small price included a full day of daycare and play time. Exceptional service and knowledgeable staff. Will continue to recommend Springbank Pet Resort.

I cannot say enough good things about Springbank Pet Resort! Our rescue dog has some pretty severe leash reactivity, so we weren't sure how he would do socializing but were eager to get him having positive interactions with other dogs. We expressed our concerns during our first visit and the wonderful staff were very reassuring and have since helped gradually introduce Ringo into the playgroups to make sure he was comfortable - and he LOVES it! We love seeing all of the videos of him having a blast with the other dogs. We are so grateful to have had the help and support of the pet resort staff in working on his socialization skills and they do a fantastic job at making you feel at ease when your pet is there for an extended stay.
