I wish that I could give less stars than 1, but unfortunately this is the worst I could give this company. I called to book an appointment last Tuesday evening. The lady who answered advised that she does evenings now, and I could bring my dog in on Wednesday (the next day) at 5 pm. I showed up and the doors were locked and there was no answer on the telephone. I called the next day (she didn't even bother to call me) and was advised she went home because of a "toothache". She then re-booked me for the following Tuesday. On Tuesday I again packed up my dog and drove to the appointment. AGAIN there was nobody there, and a note left on the door saying the groomer had gone home sick, and that she would call to reschedule. I didn't receive a call at all, and had to call her. She was not apologetic whatsoever, and said I could bring him in at 2 pm. I asked if this cut would be free, due to the inconvenience and lack of communication from anyone. She confirmed that that would be fine. My daughter tried to drop off my dog today and was told that it would not be free, and that she would give me a $20.00 discount!!! As my daughter was leaving the groomer said "I knew that would happen but I don't care". I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!! It was much better when it was Pauline's, since the new owner had taken over it has gone way downhill. P.S. When I did call on Tuesday April 17, the company voicemail said "Hi, it's Tuesday April 15... I think..." and then a long pause, and the beep to leave a message. What a joke.

They did two dogs, our poodle had the worst cut ever. I. Asked for clean feet and face did not receive either. Her feet had long bits off them and they were certainly not clean. Body and face were also not even I also don’t know if toenails were cut. The amount of time that they needed was also ridiculous. Peanut was done Mimi was not even when she came home. Our daughter recommended this place we will NEVER take our dog back.

My dog got skunked. Had the people at Bath and Bow look after her and they did a fantastic job. Not only did they get the skunk smell out they made my dog look the best she has ever looked. I was worried cause I have a husky mix and she shouldn't be shaved because of the layers in the coat and something to do with how they regulate heat. They did an excellent job taking out all the matting without shaving her and now shes super comfortable in the summer heat.

Exceptional staff, always spend the extra time to make sure my furry friend is taken care of. Although Zoey is vocal (cocker) we know she's in good hands whenever she's at Bath to Bow. Barb and Caitlin are great! Keep up the great work.
