Update 2018, new owners. Dogs are now kenneled, we use to bring our dogs here because they were not kenneled. Don't let appearances fool you - this place doesn't look like much on the outside, but they are absolutely fantastic! We have been bringing our dogs here for about two years, and love this place. Our dogs always leave looking great, and they always do exactly what we ask for. We also like that the dogs are kept in a pen, not crates, and so have access to water and outside when they need it. Plan in advance though - they book up early.

While I've always liked my dogs cuts here, I will NEVER step foot in this place due to the rude groomer I encountered today. I dropped my dog off exactly at her apppointment time of 11:30 am. The groomer told me my dog would be done in the afternoon because a bunch of people dropped their dogs off earlier. hmmm....but I'm here for my appointment?!? isn't that what an appointment is for? I called at 2:02 pm to see if my dog was done. The person who answered the phone asked the groomer if my dog was done and she yelled "I TOLD HER THIS MORNING SHE'D BE READY AT 4:30!!!" how professional (insert sarcasm here). For the record, I was not told 4:30, I was told afternoon. 4:30 is closing and I have after school commitments with my kids from 4-5. I wouldn't have dropped my dog off knowing I couldn't pick her up before the store closed. I call back because this isn't going to work. The earliest I can come is 5:15 now (45 min after the store closes). The groomer tells me they book 3 dogs for the same time slot per groomer (why? is she an octopus?) and each slot is 3-4 hours. 4:30 is 5 hrs. Now the owner calls. She tells me she's not going to argue because it was just a communication issue but then tells me how right she is and to have a nice day. Thanks so much :) Does anybody know a good groomer?

Just a note on the worst grooming experience ever review. That was the previous owner. Purrfect paws boutique has recently bought the shop and just changed the signs over last week! Our main shop is just south of Marda-Loop! We look forward to rebuilding clientele and changes to the shop!! Come on down with your dog or cat and say hi! Thank you, new owners Kari Clark Peter Huey

I've been taking my little guy here for years. I love the service and the flexibility to leave him in the morning and pick him up in the afternoon. He comes home with a huge smile on his face and so pooped from hanging out with all the other dogs all day. It takes a while to get booked in at times, but it is always worth the wait.
