Great staff. We have bought many pets from this location (rabbit, fish) and they have all been healthy and happy. Shop here for food and accessories. Kids like to go there just to see the animals sometimes. Great fish selection.

For the love of pets, indeed. The store is like a supermarket to get whatever your animal friend wants and the staff there is very nice, I believe they only hire people who truly love animals. It isnt very niche if you are someone looking for gourmet cat food, however it would be my first goto nonetheless, the staff can always help out with your search. Some expensive things, such as cat trees, are best bought online, however its good to come in and check such things out in person.

Cleanly store. All staff that I have encountered were not just passionate about their job but also extremely helpful at the same time. They took the time to find out exactly what we needed with no pressure at all

I love this Petland. Staff are friendly and take great care of the animals. I love visiting the fish and reptile department and learning about the current residents while Hayley grooms our kitty. She does a wonderful job and genuinely cares about the animals she grooms.

Every time I am here it is a different experience interacting with staff. overall the service is alright, the majority of the time staff are too busy or not around for questions and they almost never offer their assistance. I understand that can be influenced my the amount of patrons wanting to interact with animals that they have no interest in taking home but that should not change customer service. On the positive side the few staff I have interacted with have been very friendly, somewhat knowledgeable of what I am inquiring on and they are always respectful. Clean Friendly evironment well maintained good amount of parking good hours average pricing
