Awesome customer service! I was greeted as I walked through the door. Everyone was professional and knew what they were talking about and the one lady helped me walked me right from the front door to the product I needed and she asked questions to find the right product for me. One of the best experiences I have had at a PetSmart. I would definately go back to this store over some others.

I always have a wonderful customer experience at this location. Our regular groomer Ashley relocated, which we were very sad to learn. But our new groomer Brenda was more than amazing! Our dog Klara is a rescue with a history of abuse and she is also prone to ear infections. Brenda was calm and patient with Klara and explained to us exactly how she would be handling Klara's special needs. I very much appreciated how sweet and gentle she was with our very nervous dog and we will be coming back to Brenda exclusively for our pup's grooming. Thanks again!

Very welcoming staff! I've been here twice and both times someone asked if I needed help as I stepped in. Val from the aquarium section is knowledgeable, very personable, and she helped me a tonne! Shout out to her for being such a stellar human being.

This review is reflecting the training side of PetSmart. We had signed our new puppy for training for 6 Saturdays at 3pm. The first Saturday was cancelled cause she was sick. Which we understood. Then we had our first session and she went on vacation after which took 2 Saturdays away. Came back for another session. Then cancelled again and again the weekend after. I was offered the sessions again and a 50 gift card. I decided I wanted my money back. My time is important too and we planned alot of our weekends this summer around this training. I'm extremely disappointed with this side of PetSmart. And won't be recommending.

The fish look very nice but have tons of parasites, they are usually visible to the naked eye so just make sure you inspect any fish you want to purchase thoroughly with a bright light before buying or just buy some medicine if you find some on the fish and treat it at home. Parasites on white scaled fish are extra difficult to see because the parasites are also white (hairlike worms and ick) so check extra carefully or you will have a dead fish in a few weeks.
