I have been bringing Sassy to Grooming Tails for quite a while. She is on a regular maintenance groom. Sassy is a toy poodle with a nice coat so the grooming can be a challenge on a tiny dog. Every time I pick her up she looks wonderful. I highly recommend this salon. Friendly professional staff. Nice clean facility.

I took our puppy in for his first groom. They really listened to what I wanted and talked it through with me. They even updated me on his status while he was there. I was a bit apprehensive because I loved his coat but he came out looking awesome! He seemed to enjoy himself as well. We'll be taking Duke back to Groomingtails!

I would like to express how happy I have been each time we visit groomingtails. They truly love the dogs they groom. My dog is always happy when he is finished with his spa day. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been taking our little rescue chihuahua to Grooming Tails for nail trims for about a year now. We are new to this “dog world” and had no idea that chihuahuas were so anxious. I LOVE everything about these people starting with Shaylynn who greets us so warmly and gently and says, “hi Ivy” (my dog) and knows that we’ve gotta be fast. I have to leave (as I’m as stressed as the dog lol) so I run and get a coffee next door and when I come back less than 5 minutes later Shaylynn is holding Ivy (doesn’t lock her in a crate even though that would be easier for Shaylynn) and tells me what a good girl she was etc. I would never go anywhere else with Ivy. I really trust everyone at Grooming Tails.

We just brought one of our dogs here to get her nails trimmed. She is very sensitive about her paws being touched and we typically have taken her to the vet to get her nails trimmed but we found the vet never could trim them short enough, charged us a lot, and we also found it difficult to make appointments that fit into our schedule. We've tried to do it ourselves but she won't let us. Groomingtails did such a great job with her. They tended to her right away with no appointment necessary. They were so sweet with our Zara and handled her so nicely and cut her nails perfectly. A simple nail trim may not seem like a big deal for most people and their pets but it can be a stressful event for Zara and we appreciate the care given by the staff. We will absolutely be back.
