Not sure why I go back! There seems to be very little soap the majority of the time that I go, which seems to be when the office is closed so I cannot tell anyone. I spend $8-10 on average and my small car is either not clean or has soap residue after rinsing. If your vehicle is really dirty, or you are particular, go elsewhere. Regarding the response questioning the soap residue, I did note that there is little soap the majority of the time, that is when I have to use the foam brush to get off the minor amount of dirt that the lack of soap does not! My bad for not rinsing that well enough but, I have already typically spent too much just trying to get it clean. Thank you for responding though, I have found another car wash nearby which better suits my needs.

Make sure you check your credit card statements. We use this car & dog wash frequently. Sometimes we use the automatic wash as well. We did that on March 31st. My slip from the was read $12, but on my visa statement the charge came through as $21. This is the second time this has happened. I have filed a complaint officially with Visa. This doesn’t seem to be an issue with the self car wash or the pet wash, just the auto wash. We really love this wash, but will stop going if they continue to rip us off.

Occasionally, there is very little soap in the tri-color foam brush, or the bug-spray is so watered-down, it does absolutely nothing for the bugs on my truck. I appreciate the opening hours here, and good staff service, but I need a clean car when I leave.

Decent! Use all the time. A bit pricey to wash a truck but then again.... what is not pricey these days?! The office seems to be locked alot, not sure why. Just wanted to buy some cleaning products several times..

Nice big car wash. Does a good job, but I don’t use this place very often because they don’t allow washing of off- road equipment.
