I love it here! My Daisy always comes out happy and beautiful! She wouldn't go anywhere else:)! 5 STARS!

We had a similar experience with Brenda. The new company is called Luxuria Pet Spa. Brenda demonstrates both a lack of professionalism and an unwillingness to communicate if there are any misunderstandings. I have no desire to bring my pet to someone with such poor interpersonal skills when running a business.

My cockapoo was kicked out of his last grooming place because he was nipping at the groomer. Took him to Brenda warning her of his temperament and that was over 3 years ago...she has never had a problem with him and he always comes out well groomed.

When I got my first pup named Bear in 2010 I started taking him to this groomer (once every few months). She did do a great job with him, no complaints. Unfortunately last November we gave Bear to my mom because he was meant to be a farm dog. In April of this year we got a Labradoodle! I took him to a different groomer in Okotoks and was not too happy about the end result. With that being said I decided to call “Happy Tails” (Its now under a new name and am unsure what it is) to book Duke in for an appointment. While on the phone there was a lot of humming and aweing and then a muffled sound of someone asking what type of dog I had followed by a “No!”. The lady then got back on the phone and said I should try another place like “Shag-ri La”. I told her it was pathetic that she was giving away clients and business; she then told me she was just too busy. What a joke this place is. Picking and choosing which dogs they want to take to groom…. Even if it’s been a long-time client. They have no business morals or ethics. I know for a fact that this has happened to others as well. Word gets around fast! Karma is a, well you know the rest.
