Cancels appointments all the time, don’t waste your time or money

Has customers on Google Reviews she never calls back, people that show up with their pets and she’s in bed and or just flat out cancels 25-30 minutes before a scheduled appointment. Has the wildest of cancellation excuses, including being tested for Covid 3 times, mother-in-law dying twice, and when you show up for the actual appointment she says a totally different lie. She has gotten to 6-7 re-bookings for an actual appointment. She’s wasted weeks of my life in cancellations and re-bookings over 9 years. Whatever you do, don’t be stupid going to Lisa Doggie Dos.

Lisa truly cares about the dogs she grooms. So happy we found her!

My happy dogs have been groomed by Lisa for over 10 years now. She is a wonderful person, and does a wonderful job each and every time. Lisa is not only my groomer, she and her family have become wonderful friends to my boys and I. My dogs are happy when they arrive and always happy when they leave. Lisa has also hosted my dogs for sleepovers as well which has been a huge help. Lisa is wonderful and caring person for your pets. Thank you Lisa for always keeping my dogs looking good!

Our Yorkie Pippins has been going to see Lisa for almost 10 years. Our little guy has serious issues and Lisa has always provided him with a positive, caring, calming and safe environment. Lisa is part of our family at this point. We BEYOND highly recommend her (and we do!) to everyone! Thank you Lisa

Will not even call me back. My sister used her and was very happy with her and I have tried numerous times to reach her to groom my dog and she won't even respond. Very bad customer service. If you don't want my business or are not taking new clients, a simple response would be nice.
