My pup absolutely loves this place. Her second visit and she already remembered the owner. Her tail wagging was off the charts. I am absolutely sure that she had a great time, and I really appreciate that. I have thankfully found my puppy a perfect daycare spot on my first attempt in the new city.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! So I called them to ask about a quote and Ashley picked up the phone once I told her I need some grooming done she put me on hold to speak to Alison the groomer, after Alison declined to do the service for my dog(5 month puppy) they thought they ended the call and I heard them say that they never took my type of dog and called my dog a “NOTORIOUS AS*HO*E” type of dog!! Is this the type of professionalism this place shows?? If Alison doesnt have the patience to do different kinds of breeds imagine what she does to your dogs when you leave them behind alone or if they are being stubborn..STRONGLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND..STAY AWAY IF YOU CONSIDER YOUR PET AS A FAMILY AND TAKE THEM SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY WILL BE TREATED RIGHT

They are very thorough in caring for your dog. Daily health checks and encouraging socialization in healthy ways keep your dog at his or her best. They know each dog and their personality, so they know what to watch out for to keep them safe and happy.

Always good customer service. Starting to get a bit pricey though and hate that you have to pick up before noon or you're charged a significant fee. Also hard to rationalize why you can't pick up your pet later than 4:30 on the weekend when there is someone there 24/7. This basically ensures they always get another day out of you which sucks because often we (and I'm sure many others) return from out of town in the early evening. If pick up time was extended to something more reasonable like 7:00 or 8:00pm we wouldn't have to return the next morning and pay another full night's fee.

This is the second time we've brought in our dog to be cared for. Although I must say the first time which would have been a few years ago, we were very impressed by the care he had received. He even came home with a banda. So cute. Although this time his stay with your facility was less than cute. When I entered the facility, all I could smell was feces. That should have been my first clue that things were less than perfect. I had no choice but to leave my dog for the 3 days and without his food as I has forgotten his. When I returned to pick him up on the Sunday, the only thing they told me was that he soiled his bed. They cleaned it for me and handed it back along with the bill. Now home with my dog and he hasn't eaten until today. I've had to clean his kennel since bringing him home as he's had diarhea and has been throwing up. Needless to say the worst experience ever as well as last visit. Thanks for nothing!
