I wish I could give this place no stars. The staff is so not friendly and extrememly egotistical. They don't allow you to ever see the facility as it will "upset" the dogs. Yet they say they are the best trainers around and have trained people all over the world, so wouldn't they have trained the dogs to accept people coming and going from the facility?!?!? Huge red flag right there. The place smells horrible. The front reception area looks like they threw a bunch of random junk together. I definitely would never leave my dog here. They don't even have an outside facility for the dogs to go to the bathroom. I don't know about other peoples pets but my dog would not go to the bathroom inside. And for someone who says they are the best of the best you would think they could afford a nicer facility. I feel bad for anyone who feels comfortable leaving their pets here.

Amazing staff. They are kind knowledgeable and willing to help. Really take the time to know your dog/s and your family to understand your unique training needs or just a great place to leave your dog for a day or more. My boarder collie loves it and always comes home so tired and that is tough to do so you know they actually play, interact and stimulate your dog's mind not let them run crazy or lock them up. We were looking at possibly rehoming Max when we found these guys but since we met Monika and her staff he has come more social and a much loved part of our family they taught us how to play so we could work his mind not just cardio till he passes out because that's not possible with a boarder collie. Now we are so happy and proud of our dog, and even can take him out of the house. Thank you again Paws in Paradise.

Best place for training and boarding in the Edmonton area. I love going in and hearing no stressed or barking dogs. It's a calm and controlled environment, Monika is an expert with any behavioural issues you have and loves to share her vast knowledge. I can not recommend them enough and if you are looking for boarding it's worth the drive from Edmonton to know that your fur family is being cared for by people who will love them as much as you do.

I would NOT recommend this place at all. When I walked in I had a bad feeling, even the girl at the front desk said “I would be nervous to leave my dog here to and I work here,” and I wish I would have followed my gut. I left my dog, who is very very well behaved, no temper, loves every animal and every human, for the weekend as I had to leave town for business. Upon arriving, I called 3 hours prior to request a wash, nail cut etc and asked if that was enough of a heads up and they said no problem! She also told me how well behaved my dog was and how much of a pleasure she was. So upon my arrival the owner and manager are outside smoking, I walk by and they did not say a single word to me. The girl at the front desk asked what dog was mine and then looked almost concerned and stated she was still under the dryer and she would be done shortly. For 30 min I sat waiting, not a single person said anything to me, there was actually no one at the front desk at all, after I paid $200. I heard my dog cry multiple times and than FINALLY she came out the person looked at me like I had 16 heads and handed me the lease, it was very odd and my dog was very wet... the person didn’t say “thank you,” didnt say “here you go,” nothing just stared at me. Not only was she wet but I barely even recognized her, not by her looks but by her behaviour. She was not herself at all and when I leaned down to pet her, she was hiding underneath me. It took 3 days for her to act like her normal self and now she has kennel cough. The lack of professionalism and the lack of even the basic people skills at this place blows my mind. I will 10/10 NEVER go back.

Great staff, my dog loves coming here and is always pooped at the end of the day which is great for me after a long day of work. Would highly recommend them, they are slowly making building improvements and have plans to expand a little more which is great for all the animals!! top notch!
