They're fine, but that's all. Price is higher than others, but the service is not better than others. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but I don't like how long my dog is there for a haircut (5 hours+). He must spend several hours in a cage? I can't be sure, but I've moved on to another option.

Our puppy Finn received his first grooming ever here. The lady that groomed him did a wonderful job. We didn't really know what to expect, she walked us through everything. His cut was better than what I imagined it would be.

Took my long haired cat in this morning. She has never been groomed and does not tolerate being touched on her body. Her hair was matted to the skin. 1 hour and 30 minutes later, she sported a cute lion cut! I have no idea how they did it but I am most impressed and thankful! Will definitely be going back. Staff is friendly and best of all, my cat seemed quite relaxed and untraumatised by the experience. Thanks again!

We take our two beagles to The Spoiled Pet Club, and have since they opened this business. That's our Hank on the top of their Facebook page and he's having fun. We also have another beagle Tara and she is 13 1/2. We have no complaints about the service and find everyone very friendly. Our dogs come home happy after a day in day care. We wouldn't leave either of our pets with someone we couldn't trust.

From a Source: "I used to work at The Spoiled Pet Club and before I left so many things were going wrong, first of all, staff are not informed of new policies/responsibilities, those who work in the day care are NOT trained at all to handle dogs or read body language, if you have a small dog, it will stay inside 90% of the day, some dogs that are there stay kenneled all day! And the owners aren't aware these dogs are being kenneled for being aggressive. Also, one day I was at work and I heard the manager talking to a new girl and she told her colored people shouldn't be allowed to own dogs!! That's racist! Most recently, before I left a groomer was fired and the staff isn't allowed to tell anyone, if someone calls and asks for a groom with Trish, they book you in even if she doesn't work there! That's some BS." From a Source: "I haven't personally been here for anything more than a groom for my cat and they did great, a little expensive but my cat is a dick! Saves my arms, worth the money."
