Awesome staff! My dog has been super doffidiff lately about her nails and she fought the ladies pretty hard. They tried their best and got the dew claws taken care of and the even refunded me because they couldn't do the entire service! Very thoughtful and I appreciate that they tried. Thank you.

The crew there is solid and that Jeff guy is cool too! Great customer service, I'm a very satisfied customer. No brainer, they let me walk my dog in the store 💪🤓

There is an amazing abundance of anything pet related here. The fish are probably some of the best quality in down ( except for tropical fish imports). The place is always clean. They have very nice washrooms if you need a break as you are shopping. I'd highly recommend that some of the staff start smiling a little more, but overall they are knowledgeable and pleasant. The also have cats to adopt there, which is impressive compared to most pet stores. This is a pet store that actually tried to make a difference for pets and customers.

I have been going to pet Smart for several years always had great service girls have always loved my dog and always complimented how well behaved he is unfortunately the groomer I’ve had the last few times has moved on , So when I phone to book an appointment I just booked it with whoever just requested that they have experience with hyper active Brittany spaniel‘s as Brittney‘s are always full of energy , I got greeted at the door if you want to call it greeted the door was throwing open no good morning how are you doing nothing . I worked in customer service for 25 years if I ever ever treated a customer like that I would’ve been fired on the spot , was very hesitant whether to even leave my dog . Upon returning “greeted if you wanna call it that by the same girl , rudely informed me that my dog was very hyper that I should consider walking him before I bring him in and please don’t feed him because he pooped four times , I live on 2 1/2 acres he gets tons of exercise and if he pooped four times in two hours he was probably terrified ! Needless to say I won’t be back I will be looking for a groomer that can smile and say good morning and treat my dog with some love and affection

Stuff was friendly and helpful, store was nice and clean. There was a few questions they couldn't answer but they did answer what they could.
