I love the selection, but prices are a bit on the high side. Sometimes it's the only local place to buy products they offer, so I don't mind paying a bit extra for those things, but to charge nearly double for products I can buy at Walmart, is just silly. There are many lube animals for purchase. You can even pet a few--if you can catch them. The staff is very knowledge in all things pet related. Definitely a good place to go for info and advice.

I take my 3 rabbits here to have their nails trimmed. Courteous and friendly staff. They are firm but gentle and quick with our bunnies.

The staff are very knowleadgable and helpful. There are different staff with expertise on birds, snakes, fish, cats, etc. I've gotten help with picking cat food for a picky fowl-allergic cat, going through which ones had the most protein and fewer grain/etc. I've been advised on what beginner tank community would best coexist with my fish species, received an actual demonstration on how to easily clean a large tank, and more. I also found the items cheaper than the other nearby local pet store.

I have always had great, friendly service... staff is always knowledgeable... prices are great... I do recommend the Petland over other places in the area.

the fish thanks where absolutely disgusting. TONS of dead fish stuck to the fans in a lot of the tanks, the crab tank was COVERED in black slime, nothing would even be able to survive in that. the lady that caught our fish probably killed everything else that was in that tank with how fast she was moving everything, stressing the fish out, throwing things around in the tank. and she wondered why they where so hard to catch. Petland has been plummeting into the drain more and more every year.
