I have been taking my girls there for several years and they always go above and beyond for them. They happen to be quite cat aggressive so they always make sure that my kennel is ready with a barrier on the window so that they cannot see out which makes them feel much more comfortable. I would never consider leaving my kitties anywhere were else they’re the ones that make me feel the most confident about being away from them.

We board our cats here every time we go away on holidays. The staff and faculties are great.

Friendly, clean, comfortable and convenient! Would highly recommend! The 2 owners are such kind people. Throughout the whole experience it was clear they really cared about the cats that were there. They knew them by name and each one's personality. The whole facility is very well kept. It doesn't stink like a cat house when you walk in, it's all well ventilated, all areas seemed clean, there is a large laundry area in back that you can tell they keep on top of. Registration happens at their front desk, which was quick and easy. Fees were absolutely reasonable. A tip: email a scanned copy of your cat's vaccination records before you go, to save time. Cats are let out throughout the day, one-by-one. No interaction with other cats! Otherwise they stay in their spacious room (y'know, for a cat) which you can make comfortable with your pet's favourite things. Loft rooms are great and have a perfect viewing window! They provide litter and dishes, you bring food and comforts. And don't be put off by the location, since it is out of town. It makes for a beautiful view for your cat from their room, and it's maybe only 10 min West of Calgary (Crowfoot area). Easy to find, easy drive. We'll definitely be back next time it's needed!

The owner of Bearspaw Marie is wonderful. I tried to get a spot for my cat during Christmas. It's busy everywhere. It's fully booked at Bearspaw as well. With the leaving date approaching, I was stressed out. I talked to many boarding places for cat. Everyone said it's all packed, go to find somewhere else. But Marie is the only one who tried to find a temp place for my cat to stay till a spot will be available to her. I really appreciate that! I'm sure all the cats will be in great care with the lovely lady Marie.
