Yo, Anna Stevenson: I’m very sure the team at Warm Hearts Wet Noses had more than just one dog to groom that day. Did you want it done quick or did you want it done right? Maybe you should have had a glass of wine and calmed down before posting that nasty review. The team at Warm Hearts Wet Noses has given me a courtesy call in the past to let me know that Butters is ready for pick-up. Every time I collect Butters from the shop he’s looking dapper and very happy. You can tell they have love for what they do over at Warm Hearts Wet Noses. I highly recommend this place. Keep up the great work!

This place is fantastic. The groomers do a great job on our dogs and cat every time. They are very friendly and gentle with our blind dog and our dog with anxiety. We would continue to go here regardless of where we might live In the city. Highly recommend for great and friendly pet grooming

I am sooo blown away how the lady that grommed my cat did it so gentle and nice and he was behaved, my cat is soo aggressive when you brush him but for her was like nothing happens here, I am soo happy we will come back for sure!!!

Have been using warm hearts for over 20years. Have tried other places due to change in my geographic location but always have come back no matter the inconvenience of travel. Highly recommended.

Horrible customer service!!! Was told when I dropped my dog off at noon she would be ready between 3:30-4 pm , my husband left work to pick her up at 4 pm , once there he was told she still wasn't ready and would be another hour !!! That's 5 hours to groom a dog??? My husband was upset and asked why wasn't he Called that she would be longer? and she replied why didn't you call me, there's good customer service for you!!! She also mentioned there was another dog there longer than ours , my god, we asked did she get a bathroom break? , she just shrugged and said she did' t know . I'm so afraid what happens behind closed doors at this place and will NEVER RETURN,!!!
