I have placed multiple orders with this company, they have always been awesome and more than helpful and their quality has always been better than everywhere else. However I called today to place an order and the lady was far from professional on the phone when I called and asked a question. She basically told me I was out of luck and to take my business elsewhere when I simply asked if she would consider shipping to me like has done many times in the past. She was very snippy with me on the phone and ended up hanging up on me. Definitely will never order from them again. You just lost yourself a loyal customer.

Awesome shop, really friendly staff and a nice selection of dry goods to accompany the live & frozen foods. Prices are very competitive as well. If your pet eats insects or small mammals, check these guys out!!!

The staff here are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, and helpful. If you have any worries about your pet, they can or you at ease with their confidence and knowledge. I highly recommend this as a first-stop for all your reptile needs!

Very knowledgeable about all reptiles, and won't talk you into products you don't need. Healthiest crickets I've ever seen at the best prices. My gecko would give another 5 stars but he's to busy chasing his dinner

Great variety of live feeders. Open till 6pm. Prices are reasonable and they give you a discount if you bring back your container to reuse
