Our family has been using Dazzling Dogs for years, and we don't go anywhere else. We go to the location in SW St. Albert and it is always worth the trip. We have two mini dachshunds, and they get their claws trimmed as regularly as we can get them there. The staff are wonderful, and judging by how busy they are, others have had the same great experience.

Love the ladies and so does my Shay. She gets excited before we leave the truck. The ladies are great with her. I don’t live in St. Albert but I’ll drive there to go to them for my girl.

The promise of “stress free for your dog” in the mission statement for this organization is not evident in the service delivery model. The groomer shaved our schnauzer to the bone — which was not part of our instructions. Anyone can do this, and does not require the service of a groomer, which is why we went this route. To excuse matting as a reason is unacceptable, especially if one is willing to pay for any evidence that this must be addressed to truly get some semblance grooming for your dog, The “shaver” not “groomer” in question was defensive and dismissive. Unfortunately no stars are part of the ranking mechanism.

They are amazing! They were able to get my dog in last minute and did an awesome job!

If there was an option to give no stars I would. I brought my miniature schnauzer in today to have a schnauzer cut. I specified that I would like to keep his beard longer as well. He did have a few mats in his hair but that had never been an issue the previous times I have brought him in. When I went to pick him up he was completely shaved down and he didnt even have a beard anymore. I was upset because that is not the proper cut or what I had asked for. The groomer was very rude and passive. Did not make any eye contact with me the whole entire time. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager. Then I said I would like to speak to the owner and she didnt respond. She did nothing to promote good customer service, and did not even seem to care about the situation. I was disgusted by this because my dog is a considered part of my family and I expect the groomer that I bring him to, to treat him as such. I will not be bringing him back and I am going to take my service else where. Would not recommend this business to anyone looking for a reliable groomer with friendly staff. Side not the usual lady that cut his hair is no longer there anymore and before this experience she did a wonderful job and was super friendly.
