We have been taking our dog to Maple's for almost 2 years. Kim and the entire staff are very welcoming and caring for every dog that comes in the door. Over the past 6 months we have had some issues with our dog swallowing things that have been accidentally left out by friends and family that weren't fully aware of this behaviour (socks, underwear, soft pieces of dog toys, etc). Once we told them about this problem, they were very accommodating, and did everything necessary to ensure our dog was put in a play area where no toys were allowed. They go above and beyond to make sure the dogs have a great time while under their care. It's the little things like this that that make Maple's the best dog daycare facility in the city! Duke attends once a week and we feel it's the highlight of his week!

The staff is very friendly! Pricing is reasonable and competitive. My fur baby loves coming once a week to play with his friends.

My boxerdoodle was a past client of Maples until we moved out of the area. I got in contact with Kim about over night boarding for my now 2 dogs and she remembered Roo like he had never left. It was so nice to know she hadn't forgotten him and we felt very comfortable and safe leaving our pets there. Very cost efficient as well :) I will always go out of my way to use Maples as our over night kennel. Thank you!

Maples saved my hide! I was at a hotel a few blocks away when I was informed that they didn't have space for our pooch. We have a 10 year old mini poodle, who is pretty mellow and gentle, but does not like to be left in kennels. I quickly phoned Maples and from the very moment they answered the phone, I felt reassured that my pooch would be in great care. The lady even made special sleeping arrangements for our dog after I explained that our dog may not work in a communal setting. No problem. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Easy to find and easy to get to. Very close to west end hotels and West Edmonton Mall. Your dog will be treated very well.

I have taken my dog there several times and 1 overnight, it's seems friendly enough but each time I picked my dog up she had a strong stale urine smell to her, I bought a 10 ticket pack for day visits, only used 3 because I don't like the smell and she needs a bath after each visit. They must not have any ventilation or outside access for the dogs, they're all more expensive, I'm looking at other facilities that charge less and have fresh air accessibility, the place I'm lookin at is at least 11 dollars cheaper for an over night stay and they also do grooming!
