Had my dog stay here about two weeks ago. Got a weird vibe dropping him off but had no other option at the time. When I came to pick him up two days later, I got the same weird vibe. There was pee all over the floor around the front desk, poop in the hallway leading to the back. My dog would normally lose his mind with excitement to see me after two days apart but this time he bolted straight for the door with his tail between his legs. He reeked of piss and hid under the coffee table for hours when we got home, it was honestly unsettling. I have never seen him act like this at any other kennel or doggy day care.

Honestly one of the best places for mans best friend, staff is very friendly, and very professional, the primary evaluation of every pet and owner is wonderful. It's nice to see a place that cares for each animals well being, and looking for any possible conflicts. Some owners find this odd, but if they really understood the reasons for these prel iminary checks. Is for the best interest of the dog, the owner and the staff. Some places dont even bother, and just wanna fill there quotas. ..kudos to K9..!!!

My dog Bailey has loved this place from the beginning. Some hiccups along the way for this buisness. But a great place for dogs. And the raw food they sell is awesome.

Very disorderly, the employees seemed quite uninformed it what they were to be doing and my dog was simply left in the front so retrieving him was quite a pain. Their prices are quite reasonable however it seems that the workers are quite problematic.

My dog is so happy there. Comes home tired of so much play and fun!
