We have lost several pets in the last few years do to old age. Willowrock is the only people we will use. Good service, good care ( of my deceased pets ), good quality, and a fair price. We wouldn't trust any one else with the handling of our deceased best friends/family.

Shannon was lovely to deal with, very respectful and understanding. Times like this aren't easy for anyone and they definitely do everything they can to make the transition smooth and as trouble free as possible. I highly recommend their services

Our Elderly dog passed away in her sleep. I was a mess. I called Willowrock on Sunday evening as I had just recently seen a facebook post about them. They called back instantly. Monday we brought her in, taking her for her last car ride. They were all so warm and loving towards us. They cremated Jojo, with her favorite blanket, and we could come and pick her up and bring her home again Tuesday. Such a beautiful location, all the staff was friendly, they offered to let us use a little memorial house to say goodbye.. they went above and beyond. We even had a few laughs, and they were much needed. The pricing was phenominal as well! I was expecting it to cost way more! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My sisters beloved dog passed on earlier this month. She was so lost. The people at Willowrock were very understanding and caring. In her time of need, you guys were what she needed. You treated her dog with respect and kept her in the loop with what was going on. She picked up Nova and was thankful for the way she was returned to her. She got Novas foot print done as well, my sister couldn't be more happy with a crappy situation. Thank you guys soo much
