It’s is crazy how much my dog loves this place. I travel a lot and she stays at the pet pad about 5 times a year. She literally walks in with her butt wagging all Happy. She will walk right to the back without even giving me a kiss good bye. If I get her groomed at the same time, she will walk out to me like a model on a run away, all excited about her new doo. It’s like he holiday spa hotel. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Nancy is great! So knowledgeable and friendly and kind hearted wish she was in every time we stopped! Some of the other girls not as easy to talk to but all very happy and friendly. Hair cut last time were soso. a bit choppy looking.

Make frequent trips here to have the fur babies nails done. Fast and very gentle with my sometimes nervous dogs. Also enjoy the nail program they have with free nail trims and special pricing on Tuesdays.

Family owned and operated. Lots of selection and knowledge. Good selection of pets to purchase.

Just bought a chinchilla their on Wednesday, went to change its water today, it was on a 3 day quiet adjustment period so I was the only person who held him and had access, until he adjusted. This morning, I found him laying on his side, I picked him up and he was very limp, breathing fast, I checked his food it was untouched, at all, he drank water infront of me Thursday afternoon, and then this morning, Friday he is now dead. Left him to settle down or whatever he was going through, came back an hour later to check him and he was not breathing laying on his side. Now they tell me its some how my fault & they will not be doing anything, offered for me to get a post mordem I cant afford to find out why he died, I feel like it was obviously stress being seperated from his cage mate & I was not aware he was with said cage mate since birth by the sounds of it. I am now out nearly $400 ... the manager I spoke with was extremely unhelpful and actually went as far as to blame me for the pets death saying it was fine their and since I didnt buy their over priced food that must be it... Im beyond livid and I find this extremely unprofessional. She wouldn't even answer my question on what their policy is on this. 2 days after purchase .. this isn't right , will never get my business again and i will make sure to make my story public , would give no stars if poss. Outrageously expensive and now this . Beyond maddening. Not to mention now I have an upset and traumatized daughter, who just lost her first pet, 2 days after getting him .
