Great atmosphere, caring dedicated staff and our dog loves going there.

Mutts Adored is incredible. We can't say enough good things about ALL the staff, and the facility. We have a very energetic, young terrier and she always comes home from daycare happy and tired. She also never smells (like after the dog park) and has never come home sick. Mutts Adored has been a lifesaver with a new baby at home. They also board overnight and are flexible, helping out last minute. Best of all, they post pictures online every day so you can see what your pup was up to!! HIGHLY recommend to anyone and their doggies!

Couldn't be happier! They are amazing, responsible and respectable with how they deal with altercations between dogs. I love that they post pictures mid day on Facebook. I was always a little worried about how my dog would do each day but I am very happy with outcomes and I am very confident to leave my dog in their care any time. The pack style daycare works perfect for our dog because he is very social - this may not be the case for other dogs who are not social or are set in their ways. Overall I am thrilled to have my dog at Mutts Adored.

Mutts Adored is one of my (and my pooches) favorite places! I have been taking my Jack Russell there for daycare for almost 3 years and now my big puppy goes there too. They LOVE IT!!!! they both get so excited when they see me turn in that direction. My dogs are family and I would never leave them with people I did not have total trust in. Stacy the owner is wonderful and I am always impressed with her staff. She trains the people very well. Dogs do what dogs do and I have seen a couple of times where small tussles broke out but where broken up and handled very well by the workers there. There are often many dogs and they have a large inside area and an outside area with a playground and pools to play in in the summer. I highly recommend Mutts Adored Daycare, grooming and the adoption center. Stacy is committed to finding homes for many rescued dogs. Simply put: Its a great place for dogs of all shapes and sizes :)

I went to take my nine year old Pomeranian to board for one night there last week. I called the week before and had trouble getting the information I actually needed to know what to bring in to board my pup. The girl sounded rather young and was busy and rushed me off the phone. Fair enough, I can understand being busy. I called back the next day and got the information, informing the girl I would be arriving on Sunday. Sunday comes and I look at their site to view their hours and it says they're closed. I attempt to call but no answer so I drive down there anyways and a young girl is there, alone, to board my dog. There was about 12-15 other dogs in the area, which is just a large open shop area with the door open so they can go outside, no kennels were viewable. She DID NOT ever ask me for proof of vaccination. She took my dog into the room and was of course swarmed by them all, within seconds a medium sized dog was biting my dog and shaking him from side to side. My dog began to cry and she managed to shoe them away and pull him up into her arms. She walked her way out of the dogs and placed my pup back on the ground. The instigator dog was at her feet very quickly and pushed my dog down and began to attack him biting at his neck and shaking him. She pulled on my dogs leash and while I banged on the window yelling until she separated the two dogs. His leash and collar were pulled off and she rushed out of the room to give me my dog back. He had tuffits of fur missing and had soiled himself. She said "Wow that was really scary. THAT DOG IS A RESERVE DOG AND ATTACKS EVERYBODY." Oh okay, that makes it better?!? There was only one other small dog in the room and I told her i was surprised he was still alive in there and she told me, "Yeah at night time and when we're not here we just lock him in the bathroom, during the day he hides under couches." Whoever the hell is paying for their dog to be scared and hide under couches and then be locked in a bathroom all night I feel deeply sorry for. I will NEVER suggest this place to anybody, as a matter of fact I will share my experience with anybody who talks about boarding their dogs or doggy day care OR pet services in Spruce Grove/Stony Plain area.
