Don't leave your dogs here. Their website is nice but there's no pics of the actual facility for a reason. It's a run-down dump. I will always live with the guilt of not checking the facility out before I left my dogs there. They are both old, both small, both on meds. My dogs were only at this kennel 4 days and in that time they both lost weight, I don't think they were fed, I don't think they were given their meds either. My smallest guy, only 6.5lbs lost 2lbs in 4 days. He was so hungry he actually ate a small rock that he threw up. He caught a digestive infection while in there as well. He's been sick since I picked him up a week ago, been in vets care, he's too old and his little body won't recover. When I picked them up they were both lethargic and seemed weak. They were stuffed in a small cage and had probably spent the whole time in there. Honestly, this place is just horrible!

A great group of trainers that really care about the well being of both dog and owner. They are all fantastic people and are extremely helpful with any questions or concerns that you have. I'm looking forward to completing more training with them, as they make it really fun and enjoyable.

Have taken my larger dog here a handful of times. He's a couch dog so I was happy to have found this kennel as the girls all seem great and my dog seems well cared for. I live about 5 hrs north of edmonton and bring my dog here when I fly out of ed

I boarded my dog for 3 days. I have never boarded but the reviews are amazing. I had to pay extra for walks and playtime. It is spring and i imagine it will look better by summer. Was not fond of no dog contact because some dogs need that. A cement surround tiny space and cement surround run just was not what i expected but some dogs will go nuts seeing other dogs and i u derstand that need.. However they do not require Bordatella because of that. They were very good with my dog and i think overall it is excellent kennel just not appealing in appearance for my personal opinion. I have notbing to compare to.

My dog and I have enjoyed coming to parkland kennels to do obedience training. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I recommend parkland kennels to anyone who wants to bond more with their dog and work on obedience training.

Left our dogs there for a week and we won't be back. Kennels are very small with practically no bedding, which is probably the reason they don't post photos of the actual facilities on their web site. The staff didn't follow the basic but important feeding instructions we left with them. When we picked up our dogs one of them had extreme swelling of both front feet that resulted in a costly vet visit. When we inquired with the staff they at first said they didn't notice and then the story eventually changed to it had happened the night before when nobody was around. They were extremely unapologetic about not noticing and extremely evasive in answering any questions at all that might help with diagnosis. We were told the manager would be calling us but here we are 3 days later... not holding my breath. I think this may be a good place to board dogs you don't really care about, if you're that type of person.
