This place does a great job of taking care of your furry friends. They take a little time to get make your sure your requests get written down. Booking your dog in is very easy and the staff seem to like the dogs and I have never seen or heard them get upset at the animals. I leave my dog there feeling like they are watching out for my friend. They could use a guide to show the different lengths of the hair cuts they have to help me make a more informed decision as opposed to say inch and a half etc. Overall they do a good job and I have been back at least 7 times now.

Their website claims they are professionally trained to groom all breeds. We took our sheltie in to be groomed and when we picked her up were shocked to see that the groomer had taken off most of her outer coat, which is a huge no-no if you know anything about dogs with double coats. When asked about it, without even asking to see our pet, the owner claimed there was nothing wrong with the cut. Too late, we checked reviews on this site and learned this was not the first time this kind of mistake was made. If you just want to buzz cut your dog this is an okay place to go, but if grooming your breed requires special treatment you could well be disappointed. Additionally, the owner is not very professional to deal with.
