I've lived in Springwood apts for some time and I'm extremely happy with the staff here. They are helpful and very nice. Thank you!

Kathy Zanni is such a wonderful on-site manager who always goes above and beyond what is expected from what is required from an on-site manager and willing to accommodate a person within reason. The maintenance people are always prompt in doing the repairs when requested. All the staff at Springwood Apartments are such sweet hearts and always have a smile to give to the tenants and a pleasant greeting.

This is a really nice neighbourhood to live in but what really makes this place so pleasurable is Kathia Zanni (Rental Manager). She is amazing to deal with and a privilege to know. Thanks so much!

Spoke with Cathy on the phone today one of the nicest people I've ever spoke to! I used to live here and am looking at coming back and she was super accommodating on the phone. If the customer service I received from her is any indication of what it's like to live there I'm sure it's going to be awesome!

Was visiting and the place is run down. Hallways were dirty. I quite honestly was shocked.
