I am very disappointed with this shop and the owner! Very unprofessional when hit with a bad review! Will never take my dogs here again would not recommend to anyone after the way she handled my complaint on Facebook! I took my review down off her FB page because she decided to use my review as a chance to blame the customer vs a lesson to learn from! Then blocked me from her page so I couldn’t defend my situation. Owners of companies should never try and blame the customer they should try to rectify the problem! In the business world customers should always be right whether the owner thinks differently or not! We have a English Mastiff pup he’s large. He gets excited in new environments. When I took him there for a grooming I waited outside as the shop was quit busy. The lady came out to talk to me she seen he was excited she took my dog tried to go inside with him and barely made it through the front door he was excited to go in started pulling to try and see the other dogs that were behind a cage loose inside. She gave him back to me and said “No, I’m not dealing with a nightmare dog!” And walked away from me. I went outside waited for a min thinking she’d come out and talk to me and maybe figure out a solution but she didn’t and we left. The way she handled everything was very unprofessional she made bad business choices. I have been to many groomers and this is one that is definitely not worth it. If she don’t like what you have to say you are the problem. This could have went differently when booking in my dog she should have picked a day she wasn’t so busy knowing well in advance he was a XL dog breed and her shop was full of small dog breeds. My dog has been around a wide variety of people and animals never an issue till this particular day. She should be ashamed of the way she handled this on FB no business owner should ever make excuses for why they couldn’t handle the situation and should never put the blame on the customer! As a business owner she should have said sorry this won’t work at the moment I have to many other small dogs in the building I don’t feel comfortable with this can we rebook for a day I’m not as busy and I would have agreed no issue but instead she writes on my FB review that my dog made a kid cry which is untrue he was pointing and smiling when I seen him and she said another customer had to walk across the street which is also untrue they walked right by us with there little dog and got in there car and left. This is no way to run a business.
