Losing a beloved family member is not easy. This was our first time handling all of the steps. Paws to Remember did such an excellent job. They were so respectful and helpful. They allowed us as much time as we needed. It was as perfect as it could be for such an emotional experience. It helped to bring closure in a way that eased us through it in the most respectful and gentle way. We are so grateful for Paws to Remember and their amazing staff. Thank you!

Losing a loved furry friend is always difficult but this team is so amazing at what they do during these times. I work at a vet clinic and we have a representative come in often from PTR, he is always so caring and compassionate about each and every little furry friend. When I lost my cat in September, it was devastating however Jarret made the transition as smooth as possible and worked so hard to make sure I was comfortable and as happy as I could be with the whole process. These guys do their work with love and care dealing with such a tough job. I commend them on their hearts and their efforts, the best way to go.

When Bonnie, a Pedigree English Labrador, became ill - I was out of the Country in the UK. I am lucky that she was with someone who took great care of her, took her to the vet of my choice and ensured that all that could be done for her was done. But I was touched by the card, with her paw print in it, which I discovered six months later. Thank you Fraser Valley Animal Hospital and Paws to remember.

When our beautiful boy Junior passed away we were heart broken.. walking out of the vets office that terrible evening and not having our boy follow us out was extremely difficult. I wanted to know where Junior was going, who was cremating him... would it be done properly, would they treat him with respect. Our vet gave me the number for Paws To Remember where I spoke with Annette and Terry. They treated us with respect and care. They assured my fiance and I that they will take good care of Junior. The beautiful card together with Junior's ashes we received really reflected that Paws To Remember truly cares and understands how difficult it is to lose a fur baby. Thank You Annette and Terry.
