I love going to Petsmart. I find that the people are helpful and that the store is always clean. When I ask questions they are always willing to help me find the answer. Thanks! Way better then other Petsmarts that I have been to.

I always find what I need here for my pets and the staff seem very knowledgeable on various pets & their needs. It's also very handy to have their training (dogs) available if needed.

People here are very friendly and accomodating to customers. They were very helpful on how to take care of your pet. They even suggest other petshop in case they don't have the service that you need. Only shows that they are not just for profit but for their customers.

I enjoy going here for the selection of products and treat quality. Four stars because I find the staff to be a bit "too helpful" to the point where it's bothersome, especially during pet food promotion days.

Worst service ever from the grooming centre, was told not to make an appointment for mt dogs nails so I walk in and get a lecture about how bad the girls day was and she couldn't get me in....a month later call and they want an updated paper fpr shots which i Don't have but do have his updated tag. I feel my dog being over a month over due for nails and having his tag should be enough because how would I have the tag if he doesnt have it done...i wont ever buy anything from this store again considering she said she phoned the vet and im not a client there. But when I phone the vet they never received a call at all.
