Very welcoming, love the atmosphere. Have good prices and have a great selection for all kinds of pets, furry/feathered/scaley And aquatic!

I would give them less if I could. They happily sold me discounted expired dog food without notifying me that it was in fact expired. I have a senior dog that has early signs of hypothyroidism and would NEVER choose to feed him expired food as a healthy diet is extremely important to keep him from medication. My dog suffered from extremely liquid feces and dehydration and had I not been friends with a veterinarian, would have cost me a fair bit in bills. They still had expired PUPPY food on the shelves when I went in to complain. The groomer was kind and understanding and realised the severity of the situation, However, the manager WAS NOT. She completely discredited my complaints and made me feel as though my concerns were unmerited to the point I became VERY angry. This is not customer service, it is plain LIES. If the intention was to sell customers expired Dog Food given that they be notified of the expiration, why wasn't it clearly portrayed on the sign showing the discount?? (See the attached photo) I plan on pursuing this further and have already filed a formal complaint.

Would not recommend bringing your dog there for grooming. I asked for a simple clean up and trim of the ears and tail and he came back shaved! Very disappointed!!

My wife took our dog for grooming. He went in fine but came out with a bad limp. We had to take him to the vet and after X-rays it was determined he had a complete torn ACL that required surgery repair $2500 later. I would not like to give them any stars.

If you are looking for a great selection of pet food, this is one of the best pet shops to go to. They carry many fantastic healthy foods for dogs and cats that you won't find easily elsewhere and, best of all, a lot of it is locally produced. Anna, the store owner, is very knowledgeable about the products and was able to tell me lots I didn't know about all the various options for dog foods.
