Worst service I've ever had. I have been there 4 times in the last couple months and each time I have stood around up to 1/2 hour waiting for anybody to come and help getting fish. Last Friday I gave up again and when I went to the checkout where 1 girl was at the till and 2 were standing there talking to her. When I mentioned that they need someone to look after us upstairs she said they had to be downstairs to look after the other customers ( I was the only person in the store when she said that ). I tried yesterday and after waiting 25 minutes I dropped all the supplies on a shelf and walked out as the 4 girls were all together in 1 aisle chatting and nobody else were in the store. I went to Pet Smart and spent my $200. there . This store needs a Manager badly... If I could I wouldn't give any star here

Just a quick reminder to staff ... some dog owners know what they are looking for, so they read labels and don't appreciate being talked down to by employees who can't answer their questions .... provide accurate product information ... or who offer unsolicited subjective opinions and push brands. You offered to help, but you should have let it go when it was politely declined ... it cost the company a sale.

Good selection and prices on pet foods. Great parking. Good location. Staff: not to interested in attending customers. Do it yourself situation. But friendly at the cash out.

I went to find Buenos Aires Tetra. They had some, and a better price than anywhere else in town. Good friendly service, just a good place to shop.

It is the 29th of April 2018, I have had my last bad day of service from the Maple Ridge location. I used to buy fish and supplies from this location but that is now done. I have found the fish I buy have a 25 % rate of survival as I by 8 of one type and only 2 make it, have tested the water at location and all seamed fine. I have had the worst customer service ever shopping here, have been to the store 20 times and I would say 18 of those I had to search staff out as no one is upstairs however I always find two or three at the cashiers station having a chat. To day same old same old , waited 5 minutes after walking in by the young staff to head up stairs and waited for help. One another customer in store, I guessing they don't want my money to bad as I have over the years sent hundreds of people in as I owner a Kennel in the area at one point. I WILL NO LONGER WASTE MY TIME SHOPPING AT A STORE THAT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO PAY THIER WAGES.
