The owner very kindly let us in after closing when our dog was wearing her own accident. Great local place that honestly and openly wants to put the animals first. 10/10

I booked a dog grooming appointment a week in advance, but when I arrived the sales clerk had no idea. He finally found the little torn off scrap piece of paper with my name on it. Apparently that's their booking system. Anyways I was turned away and asked to re-book without any kind of discount offered for my troubles (I had to ask). I will not be going back.
