My girlfriend had the best experience here the other day; a big thank you to the "girl with the perfect lip colour"! She was looking for a product, pet smart didn't sell it,but they used it for grooming, so they have her some of their bulk for free. They also gave clear instructions on how to use it! Great service all around, highly recommend!

We always love coming here. The introductory puppy class was great! Usually great sales on treats and dog toys.

Everytime you go into PetSmart you're flooded with animals friendly staff and well-stocked shelves. I have never once been disappointed going into PetSmart and that is why I'm A continuing Shopper there for the past 2 years.

Went for our first fish tank and talked to 3 different employees on fish care etc. Everyone had something different to say. The only helpful employee was a supervisor of a completely different department. Had she not told us to run our tank for 2-3 days BEFORE putting the fish in we would not have known and would have killed our fish. We bought a fish and blue lobster 3 days later and we SPECIFICALLY ASKED if they would do ok in the same tank and she said yes. Our lobster DIED 3 days later. They tried to say it was our other fish but someone there also freely admitted to us that their water has been CONTAMINATED lately and multiple people have had the same issue with brand new fish dying right away. That alone would have been bad enough but the employee who sold us our lobster in the first place helped us when we came back. We asked if there were any fish we could put in with ours that would get along well. She took us to the tetras and said they would be fine, then changed her mind and said no, there are no fish that we could put in with him. This is the exact same lady who sold us our fish and lobster together to begin with.... all in all there was one employee who seemed good at her job and willing to help and she wasn't even from the fish department. Everyone else in that department had poor customer service and definitely didn't know what they were talking about. Every single person told us something completely different and one girl contradicted HERSELF. I don't trust this place at all.
