Have always taken my dog to the big-box company groomers. Came across this small-shop groomer and decided to give it a try. The asian lady groomer I met was great! She was pleasant, unlike the snotty, unfriendly big-box groomers. My dog came out looking magnificent, smelling great, nails clipped and exactly what I had asked for. For what I paid, which was still a tad less than at the other place, it was worth it! I gave this place a 4 star bc the pricing is a bit on the higher end, but I guess what you pay for is what you get! If the owner is reading this, pls praise your groomer on a fantastic job today! I am very happy and will definitely book here again!

This is the first time our Rascal got his haircut and toenails done at The Groom Room. He looks awesome. He came out of there happy as a lark. We'll definitely recommend this place to all our friends. Thank you ever so much for looking after our little boy!

Clean environment, friendly staff and reasonable price! They explained their service offerings patiently and suggested other groomers when I couldn’t get an appointment on the same day as the groomers are not available on Thursdays. I’m glad I waited and am happy with the result!

You can tell that the staff really care about the well-being of your pets and they are true animal lovers. I trust them with my dig for grooming and day care service. Also, the lady that comes in monthly for teeth cleaning service did a great job in my dig, much better then other places I've been to. I highly recommend this place!
