Really helpful staff. They really know their cat stuff. We asked them advice on what to get or try for our five month old kitty, and they made great suggestions. A bunch were cat owners themselves and shared their experience. And when certain treats didn't work out, they were easily returned and refunded. Very understanding.

I've been taking Bella here for about a year or so. She is a 13 year old chocolate lab. The groomer named Winter is the best... so gentle and patient with her, I always know she's in good hands! Thank you for being so wonderful!

First visit and the last. We want to get a little hamster and ask the male staff to get us .With his rude attitude , he demanded us to buy a cage. He should have been nicer and help us. Other stores are better then this.

bought a tough toy, and my dog destroyed it in one day, i went to return or exchange it. The manager was rude and made me feel like it was my fault and did not want to even listen to what i had to say. I felt discouraged to enter this petsmart location. Just because of this store manager, i don't feel comfortable bringing my dog or do shopping at this store. Even though about taking classes but now I am discourage to even take puppy classes at the store. My dog can sense rude people and he definitely dislikes the store manager.
