Really helpful staff. They really know their cat stuff. They sell all kinds of pet things from food. Parking is not a problem. Highly recommend this store.

They did not do the nail cut and hair well. They spend less time on dogs. All dogs are leash off and on one take care of them. The schedule is not set well, each dog needs more time to company even through your guys are only want to make money.

It’s such a nice place with lovely furnishing and decoration. Their groomers always spent more patience to my dog( cuz my dog is hard to trim the nail sometimes ^.^) . Puppy always obsessed their Japanese treats hahahhhh

We have our PWD a full grooming done here. Very happy with their professional work and fair price. The location is convenient for an easy free parking. Highly recommend to all dog owners. Updates: I noticed the review rating went down in the past few months. I have bad experience myself in April. I couldn’t agree more to other dog owners’ comments: poor quality of services, unorganized environment, unsupervised dogs on site. I would have picked 2 on my review for the service I received in April. I thought the management might going through tough time. I was hasitating whether to change groomer for my dog. I called up last week and made an appointment with Bobo, who did excellent work on my dog previously. She showed genuine concerns to the issues I raised. She gave my dog a very good grooming just as what she did last time. I am very satisfied with her service. I would definitely recommend Bobo if you are not sure about other technicians.
