been to several grooming store, and this store with Anna, is the only groomer that can make my dog calm down in a pet salon. she really takes time and care of each fluffy customer. REALLY recommend this place, I AM A REAL CUSTOMER.

Sorry, you did not cut her nails, nor clean her ears. You did not offer to cut her short either. You simply said you won't do it because it would take too much of your time, you would have to charge at least $120 even then it is not worthy of your time. You said my dog has to be shaved down and you might cut her skin. You insisted to me, to NOT bring her to another groomer, just a vet hospital to do it. And I did, I brought her to a vet hospital at New Westminster who does grooming too. They did not shave her down. You just produce lies after lies.

Groom House has always taken great care of our six year old retriever poodle cross. He often ends up with reasonably tangled hair prior to grooming as he likes playing in mud, sand and salty water. Nonetheless they manage to keep his hair as long as possible (which we like), keep him in the salon for as short a time as possible (which he loves) and he seems to be much less twitchy after his grooming experience than he has been after going to some other grooming salons.

Anna is an excellent, professional groomer. She will never force dogs or cats to get shower or cut if they don’t want. She spends time to relax my dogs when they get nervous because they used to get grooming at other places where they are forced to do all the things they hate. Every time my dogs are so happy to meet Anna and not terrified about grooming at all. I feel sorry for the one star review from Shirley, because you are not a good owner, a good owner will brush her own dog to not let him matted. If there are too many matts, groomer can try to open the matts but it takes a long time and for your own dog it is a torture. But you only want your dog looks pretty and ignore what groomer did to your dog. You may not see that but it doesn’t mean you can feel comfortable. When opening the matts your dog will scream and cry. Usually owners will not choose to let their dog go thru this torture thing. They will just shave all the hair. But for pretty, you choose to let your dog went thru this. Shame on you. Some groomers force dogs to do everything so they can earn more money. But Anna is totally not money driven, she spend a lot of time to relax my puppy, the result is he starts to loving grooming since then.
