Vivian has been grooming my pomeranian for years now. I found her via shopping coupon. I think she is a honest good person and fair priced. The space is not fancy or huge but I think she tries her best to give the animals a safe place to lay. She always holds my dog and shows love to her to calm her down before starting the groom. Ive even sat in my car to make phone calls and send emails out before.. and when I looked up as I was going to drive away, she was still taking the time to let my dog get acquainted. The 15 minutes of teeth cleaning once every 1-2 months have really helped my dogs breath stay fresh and healthy. The vet has for the past five years, reported her teeth are good due to it. There has been times Vivian had to bill me for extra time cleaning my dogs teeth but I am happy to do so because I'll be honest, there has been times where I let go and either didn't brush my dogs teeth or didn't bring my dog in for a cleaning in a long time. My pom and I are grateful for her services.

Economical dog groomer. My dogs seem to like going here and she does a good job for a fair price

We had the same experience as the other user, though it was a couple of years back. She said the coupon was only good for 15 mins and she only could clean half of her mouth. She also trimmed too much of my dog's nail. We walked our dog after picking her up and about 15 mins in the walk, her toes were bleeding. Then after we got home, we found out she over trimmed her belly hair and cut her skin. Never would go back again.

i went there recently to use my groupon found out the place is not very clean and the owner was late, i had the feeling that she was not promt. anyway going back to the experience that i had, she checked my dog's furr and ask what kind of cut i want and mentioned that the dogs teeth are really bad, and she will do only 15 min. scalling that will be done on one tooth. i said you really don't have to do it coz my dog is old. why can't you just do grooming. she kept on arguing that she has to do it according to her add on groupon I said don't do it and for your benefit. and said again she will do it. i said why don't you just concentrate on the grooming. she said she has to cut all of the hair till it reaches the skin. her reason is there's a lot of tangled hair. she will spend a lot of time to cut it. and same as she told other customer pay extra when i ask her how many hours she said she does not know for how long, i said never mind decided to leave, i said i will never come back to this filty place. i just lost 55 bucks which i really don't care. this owner is a skimmer. I will advise customer not to go there at all. she does not deserve not even 1 star
